The competition law consists of regulations to provide the competition system be applied regularly and uniformly in the free market economy. The purpose of this branch of the law is to prevent any agreement, decision and application hindering, corrupting or limiting the competition in the markets, to prevent any enterprises being dominant in the markets abuse such powers against competition, and to provide the competition be protected by taking any required actions and by making any regulations.
