Ayşegül Çil Seçgin graduaded from Başkent University Faculty of Law in 2009. In 2009, she attended to certificate program called “Mediation for Commercial and Legal Disputes in Turkey” that has been arranged by Union of Turkish Bar Associations. Also in 2009, she attended to the other certificate programs that arranged by Ankara Bar Association Human Rights Center called “Freedom of Thought and Expression” in 2009 and “Right of Freedom and Security”, “Right of Property”, “Right to a Fair Trial”, and “Competition Law” in 2010.

Ayşegül Çil Seçgin is fluent in English.
